Job Title: Sr. Biostatistician
Description:
The individual will work with clinical team members, with minimal supervision, in providing statistical input to protocol, Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP), Clinical Study Report (CSR), and assist in preparation of regulatory documents. Candidate will advise on technical issues associated with the design, performance, and analysis of clinical trials; apply novel statistical procedures to projects as appropriate. This individual will work with team members in defining strategic approaches to clinical trials and in meeting operational requirements to achieve product development plans. He/she will assist in the statistical aspects of regulatory related activities as needed. The candidate will work closely with Biostatistics management to ensure a coordinated approach to biostatistics objectives and interact with CROs on the deliverables.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a PhD in statistics or biostatistics. A minimum 3 years of experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. The individual must possess comprehensive knowledge of theoretical and applied statistics, and good understanding of regulatory guidelines in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical setting. He/she must have demonstrated effective collaboration and communication with team members, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines. Individual must also possess leadership ability. Oncology experience preferred and proficiency in SAS and/or S+ programming are required.
Compensation:
