Job Title: Medical Writer, Sr. Manager
Description:
The candidate will be responsible for moderately complex medical writing/editing of protocols, clinical study reports, and clinical documents for regulatory submissions (IND, briefing documents, CSE, CSS, etc). He/she will also provide publication support for manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentation material for medical conferences. The candidate is expected to participate in study- management team, providing leadership and facilitation of Medical Writing activities. He/she will participate in identifying and ensuring that all documents on the project are consistently and appropriately connected.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a graduate-level degree (MS, PhD, MD, PharmD) in life sciences; knowledge in oncology clinical trials a plus. A minimum 4 years of medical writing experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. The individual must demonstrate effective communication skills across multiple functional areas with a diverse group of MDs, scientists, statisticians, and other team members. The senior writer must work with minimal supervision; must also have the ability to set priorities; work within tight timelines; pay attention to detail; and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
